Napaling Point 2-Dive Trip: A Shore Diving Adventure in Panglao
Join us for an exciting 2-dive trip to Napaling Point, one of Panglao’s most famous dive sites. Located on the north side of Panglao Island, this dive offers a unique combination of shore diving and incredible underwater experiences. Known for its vertical wall, vibrant coral life, and the famous Napaling sardine run, this site is a must for certified divers seeking both macro life and pelagic encounters.
Trip Overview
Our Napaling Point 2-dive trip departs at 8:45 AM with a short van ride from our dive shop to Kalikasan Resort, where we begin the shore dive. The trip includes two exciting dives at Napaling Point, and we return to Alona Beach around 1:30 PM.
The sardine run at Napaling is a highlight of this dive site, and even snorkelers can swim alongside these majestic schools of fish. Below the surface, the vertical wall drops from 3 meters to a depth of 40 meters, offering dramatic underwater landscapes filled with crevasses, caves, and overhangs that attract a wide variety of marine life.

Note: Shore dives provide a unique opportunity to explore the vibrant underwater world without needing a boat. Napaling Point’s vertical wall is just a short swim from shore, making it a convenient and enjoyable dive site.
Onboard Amenities
Though this is a shore dive, we provide similar amenities to our boat trips, with access to coffee, tea, water, and light snacks between dives. Lunch is not provided, so you are welcome to bring your own meal for the surface interval.
Small Group Sizes
We prioritize safety and personalized attention, maintaining a divemaster to diver ratio of 1:4. This ensures that each diver gets the guidance needed for a fun and safe dive. As always, this trip is for certified divers only, and booking in advance is highly recommended to secure your spot.

Napaling Point is one of the most iconic dive sites on the north side of Panglao Island, just a short drive from Alona Beach. The vertical wall here stretches from 3 meters down to 40 meters, making it an excellent site for both novice and experienced divers. The wall is full of crevasses, caves, and overhangs, creating exciting opportunities for exploration and underwater photography.
One of the main attractions of Napaling Point is the resident school of sardines. These sardines are usually found near the top of the wall, offering an amazing spectacle for both divers and snorkelers. As you descend along the wall, you’ll be greeted by a stunning variety of hard and soft corals, as well as a rich array of marine life.
