Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV)

1 Day

The PADI Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV) specialty course adds an exciting dimension to diving. It’s a thrilling experience to glide effortlessly through the water, exploring the underwater world with the help of propulsion devices. Whether you’re cruising over coral reefs or diving deep into the blue, DPV diving injects an extra dose of excitement into every underwater excursion. Plus, learning to operate a DPV is incredibly fun in itself—it’s like mastering your own underwater jetpack with a big smile on your face!

During two open water dives, you’ll practice DPV maneuvers and tandem riding with your instructor. Learn how to avoid problems like ascending/descending too fast, motor entanglements, buddy separation and running out of battery power. And of course, have a LOT of fun!
