- Child Policy: Children below 5 years old stay free of charge (one per room) provided no extra mattress is needed and subject to room type. Please consult ahead of time.
- Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability upon arrival.
- Amenities: Breakfast and lunch can be arranged at an additional cost. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea are available during dive center operating hours.
- Transportation: Transportation services can be arranged for an additional fee, with rates subject to change based on third-party providers.

Hayahay resort has two buildings: Hayahay is right next door to Sierra Madre Divers Dive Center and Genesis is 40m away from Hayahay next to Henann Resort. Both places are beach front and within 1-minute walking distance to the dive shop.
Deluxe Aircon@Hayahay: native design, right next door to the dive shop and very good value for money.
Superior@Genesis: modern design, ground floor with mini terrace, comfortable and convenient.
Ocean Breeze@Genesis: modern design, upstairs with bigger room and outside area, better privacy.
